This is for a:
-1991 with AFM
-No R7
-R4 Present
-Parallel

Are these the right ones?

Sorry, I have no idea. I'm standalone, and it makes setting those values like pie. They just show up and they're right. But there's a lot of misguided parallel guys so I'm sure one of them will chime in shortly.

It seems that Turbobluemiata is also having problems w/ these values.

Well do the values in Megatune agree with each other after it sits overnight? Are they both showing whatever temp it is outside after sitting? I'm 99% sure the specs you need are in one of the MS FAQs FWIW.
