Just looking at your msq, your req fuel seems off, because you never get over 84% VE even at 230kPa. That's more than 16psi of boost. Proper req fuel will put you quite a bit higher - well over 100 in your fuel table over 100kPa. This isn't necessarily dangerous, but proper req fuel def gives you a better comparison point for VE tables with others. It also gives you better resolution since minimum difference must be at least 1%.

I use straight TPS, so I don't have anything to tell you about your Accel Wizard settings.

Are you running wideband or lambda. I don't have your project settings so I can't tell. If you're running lambda with no knock sensing, that's a little crazy. Not that knocksense is particularly worth it, I would recommend wideband for sure.

Are your internals forged?

Another question this time about my waste-gate, Its a stock 14b and with the vac line hooked up it boosts to 10psi like it should but then in high rpm (5000+) its creeps past 15. I think i can hear a vacuum leak where the actuator rod comes out of the diaphragm, also when i pinch the vac line to the waste-gate the rpm drops slightly. Im guessing the diaphragm is leaking thus causing the over boost?

Ok guys so i got all my problems sorted out, or so i thought..... replaced all the vacuum lines as described, boost gauge now reads properly and wastegate opens up to 15psi and holds it but now im getting a quick solid cut when im hard on the throttle mostly at wot, high rpm at 15psi. I attached a log and msq. you can see the afr's go way lean and the map drops off for a quick second. ANy ideas?

I have proper req fuel and hit 22psi am no where near over 100 in my VE table. I"m not above 90 yet either. I also have proper injector dead times for the 460cc's

OP please upload the ini file with your tune.
