Changing things over for RC 550's and E85, help with changes please

Pulling tractor. Hercules 340 cu in. That is staged turbos. Hilborn mechanical fuel injection. Many fuel systems now have 3-4 stages of mechanical injection.
That is nothing compared to the diesel engines. It is common to have 3 turbos staged together to achieve 120 PSI of boost. Many of these engines in the past ran two diesel injection pumps tied together to get enough fuel.
In the early days of gasoline fueling peole were trying to get enough fuel with multiple draw through carbs. What a trip. ;^) Hilborn injection was picked up pretty quickly on the methanol side due to it's ability to deliver large amounts of fuel under high pressures.
This is all WAY before my time and I have thread jacked enough.

Alright so I have pulled one stock injector and looking at it I am not sure how you would gt these RC 550's to seal without that trim ring, just a bigger O-Ring around them or?
I am right there ready to install and I see this... damit.

Coming From a DSM world the smallest injector size we could go with was 950's for e85. I am a noob here so I don't know the difference yet. But on the 2.0 we would tune for 11.8-12.5 mild tune. 18-19* of timing. I ended up getting FIC bluemax 1450's to push more boost. Was pushing 30 lbs. of boost on a PTE 6262. So I would definitely just go with bigger injectors because as boost goes up your injector duty cycle will easily max out quickly. Once you max them out your injectors are prone to get stuck open
