Default Credit where credit is due. Reverant, you rock.

Well, most likely if your in this forum, reading this thread, you have already MS'd your miata or are seriously considering it.

I thought I would just post some relevant feedback on my megasquirt experience.

Reverant is one of the best guys I have ever dealt with, he responds to queries on MS as soon as humanly possible, even when insanely busy, he hasn't given me anything but great advice.

The MS2 I bought from him is astonishingly good, its now at a stage when someone that didn't know could drive my car and not know the setup wasn't OEM, it really is that good, and if its possible for me to get to this stage with his advice, anyone can, because I am pretty thick. I am IT literate, but certainly not Car literate!

So, when you are assessing which ECU to buy, in my opinion, there's really only one option at this time. Especially if like me you don't fancy the risk of FUBARing x hundred dollars of electricals with your novice soldering work.

You really couldn't do much better than buying one of Reverant's units, I would do it again tommorrow, and in fact, as soon as hes moved to MS3, I will.

All you guy waiting on your MS2 units, you made a great choice and the wait will certainly be worth it.

Thanks Dimitris.

And not to forget - thanks to MT members who have helped me with my other bullshit questions too!

Its pretty liberating when you get it all together and understand how this stuff works. I can't wait to get my MS2 for my daily.

I usually don't jump on these threads, but the product support of the "Reverant built MS" I bought has absolutly been something extra. He helped me with a ton of questions when I megasquirted my race car. Quite a patient teacher and a really nice guy.

The support and the bastard to blame is much closer (24/365) when you have made it yourself

I could not have made it (as fast and with the same confidence) without the inspiration/support of this board, and then it's not only Reverant and Brain, you other misfits also helps trigger/verify the ideas/solutions.
