well i got it to work for the LM programer but logworks is still a no go so we shall see. M2cup i did it your way that is standard practice for me with puny wires like that but still. it seems silly to use such dinky wires.

The problem with using large wires as signal leads is that they actually become a load on the signal and less of a conduit as they increase in size. My guess is the Innovate engineers probably spec'd the EXACT size wire for optimum signal transfer with little regard for user installation ease.
