Those are great contributions Barton! For a few of the kits I have made I have been using a 90-0ohm fuel gauge. It seems to read pretty accurate.

That design is outdated. Please use the new one.
I did mine in PETG but be careful as PETG tends to expand a bit more and the holes on the drawing have the bolt holes too tight. My top ones won’t fit. This is better printed in ASA if you are in a hot climate like south Florida.
I haven't worked with ASA but it has similar properties to ABS when printing. Without a temperature controlled enclosure something this large and flat will warp into a banana.
