downloading .vex/.msq files with a windows 7 PC?

downloading .vex/.msq files with a windows 7 PC?
I'm having issues downloading .msq and .vex files on my windows 7 machine. It's only allowing .xml versions. Anyone know what the issue could be?

What browser are you using?
I have no problems downloading .msq or .vex files with Firefox on Win7 x64. I do have to specify them as "all filles" type so that it doesn't rename them with a .txt extension though. But you can always go back and change the file extension if that happens.
