Default Dreaded Fuel pump issues

Hi All,

Looking for some help to an issue that goes back a few years. I have a 92 Miata turbo ran great with no issues. Back in 2017 I was at a track night in America and the car performed flawlessly. I left the track and stopped at my girlfriends house for an hour or two. Get back in my car and dead. Long story short the FP wouldn't run so I threw in the jumper, pump ran and been driving like that since. Being a 92 and pretty much done tinkering after 12 years I want to sell it and get something more modern. I would like to solve this issue before I sell it. I have done a lot of reading and checked the typical suggestions. I just looked at the ecu to be sure there was no corrosion at any of the connectors. Are there any problem areas for broken wires in the harness. I looked over the wiring diagrams and noticed the STign fuse is part of the opening circuit relay wiring which I removed as part of the MSPNP install so the diagram confuses me. Can something in the MS have gone bad and caused this.
