Default e85 and holset hx35 what size injectors??

ok i gotta slap myself outta looking at 550s, and just get on to the fact i need something alot bigger soon, im gonna be running a holset hx35 and e85 in the near future. i just got my t3 adapter today, so i can run it off my stock bp26 bpt manifold. so who heres got e85 on thier bpt's??? what size injectors are you running? right now im using ms1e, but im gonna move on to ms2 and 4 bar map soon. i also have a built motor that im still lazily putting together, it has wiseco 8.5's mazda 323 gtr rods, a corksport head upgrade, and web cams. only this damn stock bp just loves 18psi, but i also dont beat on it much so it should last a little while atleast...lol.... now itll pop tomarrow...lol...lol..... what ever, any ways make me some suggestions, i have e85 withing 5 minutes of work. so the only thing is getting the same grade all the time which i wont know till i get the flexfuel sensor and ms2 in...... i may be getting a spair ms to do all this to, so i dont have mine down for any time at all, and ill also just have it around just incase...

anyone??

no, he's kidding, you really just want some blue top 1.6 injectors and 400psi of fuel pressure.

Get an FPR capable of 90psi base (fuelab) and some ID1000s.

na ive just never looked into ones for a turbo that big, i think i can run e85 on some 660s with the turbo i have now....lol.... i do plan on making a 93 tune and an e85 tune for when im not anywhere near e85 so i can atleast fill up. so 1000s shold cover me for that turbo and i should be able to get the same idle with them on pump gas? right now its still my daily, and its lots of fun, but if were getting e85 more around here, im all for it...

1000cc FTW!!! lol Which turbine housing are you using on that HX? I would have thought you would have went with the HY since it will spool sooner then the HX. Either way I have a feeling it will be pretty laggy on such a small displacement motor, just like they are on SRs. But when it hits it will be like a freight train, I can guarantee you that lol.

ok so this is an old thread, but i messed up a few disc's in my back at work, and this is al kinda being pushed off for the time being..... im still doing it, but instead of the hx35 i ended up getting a nice low miles hy35 that ill be running externally gated. im building a -10an fuel rail, and going with bigger lines front to back in due time. but while im still getting parts together, im looking at ordering injectors this week . have anyone used the subi 1000s off ebay? theyre pretty cheap, i have been looking at the msd 2015s too, but im really open to anything. soo if you guys could give me some suggetions on brands to look into, or places to get them? im looking for maybe 250-350 range id rather be in the 250-300, but either works....

figured i wouldnt bother making a new thread, im more or less just finally getting back to this...lol...

You can buy 800cc or 1000cc injectors from Deuchwerks (sp?) for so cheap now, I don't know why you would be looking at anything else.

Cheap bastard eh. The smallest Moran injector is 1000cc @ $137. Low impedance.

probably not since they don't work on our cars without modifying the fuel rail seating.

what do you mean by fuel seating? are pte's any good theyre in my price range? i mean im not opposed to low or high ohm, i heard low with a resistor box will be faster tho.... but then i also hear not to use pintle style that big, or it could make for a shitty idle...

subaru injectors are shorter and have a different spray pattern IIRC.
there's a thread about it.

My ID1000's idle excellent.

If you actually need a 1000cc injector, you should really pony up for the ID1000s - they are just under $500 for a set of 4. A quick google search is more convincing than anything I can write here - they have an excellent reputation in every application they're used in.

search the honda-tech forced induction classifieds for used injectors. i bought my precision 1000's for less than $200. i'll switch from my 560's to those when my built engine goes in. you will love the hy35. mine makes me smile everytime i drive my car.
