I'm trying to find the wiring outputs for my Escort GT OEM TPS. I compared it to the Miata one and the colors are different.

I have:
Red w white stripe:
Ltgreen w red stripe: 5v ref?
Black w brown stripe: Ground?
Ltgreen w white stripe:

Red w white stripe: TPS wiper
Ltgreen w red stripe: 5v ref
Black w brown stripe: Ground
Ltgreen w white stripe: idle switch

Correct?

 

LG/W = TPS
BK/W = GND
LG/R = 5v

I think I got too used to nice write ups and FAQ's. That and it has been a while since highschool auto class. Reading diagrams was our book work.

Yeah. Hopefully this thing works. I feel the need for more boost.
