Fan Control Issue

Fan Control Issue
I have searched and I haven`t quite found anyone with a similar issue. I will ask here first since I may have a setting wrong somewhere (although I believe it is a hardware issue).
My fans (both wired together with coolant activation) turn on correctly (200*), but they won`t turn off at the setpoint (190*). According to Tunerstudio, the fan is deactivated by the ECU at 190* but they continue to run until I pull the relay. I believed there was a relay issue, so I swapped that with a spare resulting in no change. It appears I have proper control from an ECU point of view, but the fans won`t turn off. They turn off once I turn the car off and once I pull the relay. Once I put the relay back in (after tunerstudio says they are off), the fans turn back on.
Any ideas? Can I confirm it is not my MS3x if tunerstudio says it is turned off?
Thanks for the assistance

Braineack,
I realized what I did. In programmable outputs I had it activated on at 200* with a hysterisis of 190 on INJG so I thought I was "controlling" the fan output VIA fan control, but it was really dumb settings in programmable outputs.
1) I changed fan control to injG (explains why my CAN-bus wasn`t working correctly before)
2) Changed the activation for the programmable output to something reasonable and it not turn the pin active, but rather just allow control of the pin. Works perfect now.
Thanks for the help guys!
