I'm desperately needing some help. I have the car running but it's running pretty poorly. It was a MS2 built by Brain, and I have the LC1 wired in and the air and coolant sensors calibrated and the base timing set. After that I've been trying to tune it but it's not getting much better with autotune or other inputs. I'm thinking I must have something severely wrong since the car sounds like a tractor, barely starts, and any fuel over the slightest touch of the pedal results in backfires. When running the whole car shakes like crazy too...Any suggestions? Here's the tune file and the starting and idling log. I have to give it gas for fear that it'll die.

 

Here's another proper log of it starting up and idling. I'm going to pull the plugs and see if I fouled them by chance.
