Default Fuel inject run out of control

I have tried all I can but the problem still.

The car go super rich and thick white smoke coming out from the back. wideband meter point from 14 and move slowly to 10 .

Tried once , the wideband meter suddenly pointed to 19+ and not responding anymore and the white smoke gone and run fine.

Have checked cylinder compression shows balance on all 4 cylinder. Have changed the MS tune, have changed the spark plug, injector, COP, wideband sensor, and also changed to my old MS2 from my MS3X. The problem still.

Any Idea?

Thanks

after done a few check, I found the problem is from the MS3X.

The problem now is cylinder 1 has a higher voltage (4.xx V) than the other 3 (1.xx V) at idle. Flooding the cylinder1.

The smoke from MS2 was the remaining fuel from flooded cylinder1.

The resistance on the lowest chip in the pic (in the blue ugly circle I drawn) was around 10 time lower than the other 3.

So is it the hardware failure ?

Or can I use injector 5-8 and leave 1-4 alone?
