so with the spark output problems I can't seem to fix I decided to do fuel only with the megasquirt, can the stock ecu do spark and the ms do fuel only. Do I need to keep the trigger wheel mods with power going to them? I figure both ms and the stock ecu need to see the correct posistion in when to fire spark\fuel.

Instead of dealing with sharing the CAS signal, it would be easier to use the ignitor's tach output to feed the MegaSquirt a square wave and set it up in software like it's a basic distributor type input.
