Default Fuel Pump / Fuel Pressure Regulator / Injectors

This thread sparked another thread, but it is separate. I've been seen a really strange behavior by my NA6 for a while, with a MSPNP. Driving home from class I was seeing AFR's in the 19-22 range while trying to cruise on the interstate. It was very difficult to keep the KPA in a range that did not cause me to go really lean. Now at the time I was at about 1/4 tank of gas. I've seen the happen before, so I stopped got some gas, bringing the gauge to a little over half full, and a few minutes of driving things moved back to between 15-17 afr's.

I don't think this is the tune because changing the amount of gas in the tank actually effects afr's. Does this mean either my pump, regulator, or Injectors are about to go?
