No, it should be one long line. If you have two long lines, the input polarity is backwards.

So I have the bar, then the long one, followed by a shorter one, but taller than the bar. What does this represent? Kind of like this, as best as I can represent on a cell phone.

Here is an example of what a 36-1 wheel should (and should not) look like on a tooth log.



A 36-2 would have one less short bar and the tall bar would be three times as tall as the short bars instead of twice as tall.
