Default GM IAT sensor bouncing 0-70-0-70 MS3ProPNP

Has anyone experienced this? Using the MAF plug 3rd and 4th pins. In tuner studio, the value will go from 70* down to 0* back and forth. This will happen if the IAT sensor is plugged in or not at the sensor, and the MAF plug. I’m under the impression if not plugged in the value should be a steady 70*. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Check for a possible short in the harness or if there is any possible water intrusion anywhere. Where is the sensor mounted? Is it down near the intercooler (if turbocharged) or in the engine bay in a cold air intake pipe?
