Hard Starting

Car started well when I had my MP62 supercharger installed. I recently removed it and went back to naturally aspirated. Now the cold starts are difficult. I think perhaps when the charger was installed with 2 throttle bodies this created more air being pushed into the intake/IACV at startup and now that it's gone it's been difficult to start. Usually the recommendation is increasing the idle crank duty steps but I've increased those significantly with no real impact. At this point I've put those back to the trubo kitty base tune settings. Here is a log of a cold start and the tune. When the car does finally turn over the idle is stable but as soon as I give it a little gas (at the back 1/2 of the log) the car stumbles and almost stalls. Once it's warmed up a few and I drive it then it runs great. Any insights are appreciated.
Your ASE looks weird like a bad copy/paste. Also, you had an NB IAC valve on your SC setup. If you moved back to an NA valve, the frequency needs to be changed back. Also, is your TPSdot still set to accommodate for the SC's big throttle body?

The ASE is from the trubo kitty base map. The ASE Taper is "weird" because that was done to combat hot restarts and it works for the most part.
