I've done some reading on EAE and it's as clear as mud to me

The car drives fine and if i'm over 3k rpm and stab the throttle it responds fine. It's just bogging down if I stab the throttle from idle or low rpm. I've also found that it bogs down when i try blipping the throttle on downchanges (not my technique here as I used to be able to do this fine on the standard ecu)

Where do I start? Is it the stuck to walls constants and if so which way do I go? If there's an idiots guide out there could you point me in the right direction.
