Default Help me ditch my ms1pnp for a brain-built ms3x (wiring questions inside)

Hey guys, just trying to make sense of something. I'm working on removing my DIYAutotune MS1PNP to install a brain-built MS3x unit.
The first issue I've came across so far, is that I previously had cut off my AFM connector and simply hard-wired in my IAT using the 2 wires suggested for DIYautoTune's install, as per this:

Now, looking at brain's wiring suggestions It's very hard to tell what color wires I need to hook up to the IAT and jumper for the FP. This is my bad as I cut-off the connector, and all the documentation I can find only refers to where on the connector to jumper these wires, not the colors of the wires themselves.

I did find this image on miata.net of someone showing their AFM connector, so at least I have an idea now of which wires go where, although the orientation is hard to understand.

I know that my current (working) IAT wiring, as per the DIYautotune diagram, is connecting the IAT to the red/green wire, and a black wire.

Using deductive logic from the info above I'm thinking that brains wiring should be like this:

Any input on this is appreciated. I don't want to wire this thing backwards and break something. Also, likely more questions to come here as I work through this, thanks everyone.

I'm also looking for an I/O pinout for this thing. All of the wires are black, and I can't find a pinout in any of the documentation (both on trubokitty.com, and his for-sale thread where he links to the installation .pdf's).

If anyone is running one of these and knows the answer to this, let me know. Most notably currently looking to wire in my wbo2, but in the neat future will be looking to add flex fuel as well.

BTW, I bought this used, and out of respect I'm not PMing Scott. I know he's out of the game. Looking for others with this ECU, or that might have this info, to help me!

Thanks,

Update on the I/O wires: I guess it helps if you look at the wires going into the connector, they are actually labeled there. The pink one is labeled 02 sig, so that's gotta be the one. Most of the other outputs are for additional injector and spark circuits, one is for "table switch in", and another for CAN Just updating this to update others. I'm still not sure which I'd use for flex fuel, but I'll get to that bridge when I'm ready to cross it.

If anyone has any input regarding the AFM wiring above it's still appreciated! I'm going to give the install a shot using the wires in my image above and will update this thread if it works.

FYI, all of the wiring I pointed out in my last replies is correct. For future reference of anyone stumbling across this thread! More updates today as I work on getting it started on the ms3x. I think I'm going to start it with the 1.6 CAS first, since its already installed and wired in. Get injector scaling setup properly and it idling, then re-wire and switch to the bp4w trigger wheel setup.
