Default Hesitation when giving it the beans

I've attached my Logs and MSQ which MIGHT help clarify the problem.
I'm on a DIYPNP (newest version), Firmware 3.42.

I just added a turbo to my NB1, and I'm running into a problem. It happens in two cases. When I give the car sudden throttle changes it will for a very short period of time act normal, but after this short period of time it sounds as if it's hitting a rev limiter of sorts. Then also if I'm slightly on the throttle and building up speed (and boost), it will also suddenly hit this revlimit wall.
The only way to counteract this is to slowly roll onto the throttle very carefully. In this case I can very effectively build up to my wastegate pressure and beyond.

Because of the revlimit sound, I've just been adding timing to wherever I notice this phenomena, which has helped a little bit. But I cannot make the problem totally go away, and in some cases adding timing makes it even more undriveable. I'm not sure if my AE is too aggressive and my logging just doesn't reflect the super low AFR for whatever reason.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

You are going way too rich in boost at times. Tune your fuel map in the boosted areas.

Would that cause the car to stutter?

I'm thinking that my AE is way off. Is there a suggested way to tune TPS based AE?

If it is doing it when you go into boost, probably. I was seeing some 10 to 11afr numbers at 1-6psi

Did you gap your plugs down?

I did not. I was also thinking about getting colder plugs.

I still am trying to figure out AE. I got a basemap from Brain's 94-97 DIYPNP and am going to try those value.
I turned off the WOT graph as I've honestly no idea what it means exactly.

I'm trying to figure out AE, I switched to the values that you give in your DIYPNP 94-97 basemap.
I turned off the WOT graph (because I've honestly no good idea how to tune it), I'll report back with results.

Also, is there any chance that my timing could be messing things up?

no, the problem was your enrichments. dont question me ever again.

your tip-in was dumping in so much fuel you weren't able to combust; exactly why it doesn't happen when you ease into it.

Although its true that having a rich burn wasn't helping, my theory with timing did have some merit. With a richer burn, the flame front is slower, which requires more timing.
You're absolutely right that my AE was off, and I wasn't questioning you. I just wasn't sure where to start for AE.
