I give up, I can't figure this out. It should probably be known that before MS I had a high idle, around 1500 rpm. I'm pretty sure I don't have a vacuum leak, but I could be wrong. I have the IAC under the TB unplugged, and I'm using a 1.6 TB so the TPS is unplugged as well. I'm about to just slap on a TB with a VTPS and see what happens if I can't figure this out.

I just went for a test drive with MS and everything feels fine, except I idle around 1750 rpm, and for some reason its way rich. Cruising AFRs are fine, but if I start coasting in gear, once it gets down to 2k rpm, MS starts dumping fuel, my AFR is around 11-12 at this time, and just idling out of gear its pretty rich too. Would this be caused by a high idle, or is the AFR/timing/mix of both causing the high idle? When I hold timing at 10 degrees, idle somewhat settles down to around 1000. Anyone got any ideas?

Some info that might help:
LC1 and gauge are dead on, but TS reads a little leaner (about 1)
IAC and TPS unplugged
using a basemap that was put on the MS before I received it. Runs fine from what I can tell, but it's only been 2 days.
When I first start the car, idle is around 1000, then within seconds its at 1100. Once I drive out of my apartment complex, I'm at 1750.

Messed around with VEAnalyze and my rich idle is no longer as rich...still way too high though...Gonna get a log tomorrow morning on my way to school, so I can just log all my problems at once.
EDIT: Idle valve died. Shoulda known.
