Default High RPM / Load Misfire

Drove car, parked it for a couple of hours, turned it on crazy misfires under load. Under 3.5-4k pulls hard, but everything after that is misfire city. Fuel filter? Fuel pump?

Edit: a good example of the misfire is at t=66 in the log

You are losing sync with code 39, take a composite log of this and it should help diagnose what's going on by looking at cam/CAS sensor inputs. I would recommend posting the tune too

I think I was VEAL'ing at the time and that's what is causing the sync loss (writes to the ECU, I'm on a MSPNP2). But I'll take a composite log tomorrow. Tune attached, note: TPS is disconnected hence why overrun fuel cut and accel enrich is disabled.
