I am trying to finally install my brain built MS3X and could not come up with a place to mount the ecu, that I was happy with. I thought about placing it under the dash on the bottom of the ac ducting drain pan or under the kick panel in the original location. However, I don't really want to zip tie my ecu to the ac duct and it seemed really tight under the kick panel. Also, access to the SD card would require removing plate if placed in the original location. Any suggestions or pics would be appreciated.

Easier access to sd card, but I will probably just use the original location. Brain do u put rubber washer under your ecu when u mount it to absorb shocks. Do u have a pic of how u mount ur ecus in the original location.

lol, no.

it's not mounted. just toss it in there and put the cover back.

On another site, I suggested using these on an MS3 if the person really wanted to have ready access. He reported back it worked great.

Just tie off the end in a convenient access spot
