Able to log in megatune, i would sell your gauge and do what savington and i plan to do. You will probably end up with extra money after the sale of the gauge as well.
I'd love to trade my greddy egt gauge for a black greddy boost gauge.

I was able to dial out Nick's (snowboarder's) overshoot by cranking up the boost. There's still no excuse for your boost curve, because if your fuel setup will do 10psi at redline, it will certainly handle 10psi at 3500 or 4000rpm. I used the MS EBC to shape the boost curve on Nick's car. With the EBC off, it is a slow rise from 6psi to around 10-11 at redline; with the EBC on, it snaps to 11 and holds 11 to redline, or he has maps that will do 14psi or 17psi.

so I just drove from Houston to Dallas, parked the car and in the pitch black I could see the turbine just barely glowing...ever so slight. Is this normal, and or could the ceramic coating be a part of it?

I think that if I drove the car 8-hours on the highway now and its still alive, so I guess that says something. Its hard to believe I've put this many miles on the car and haven't had to work on it yet, lol.

edit: When was the last time you calibrated the LC-1?
I think Hustler needs to finish breaking in his motor. People in the dyno thread said after break-in power goes up 10%-20%. With 10 psi on his built engine with a 10% increase in power with no changes it would be sitting at 220hp, 240hp with a 20% increase. Those numbers sound a bit better to what his setup should be making.

I never even mentioned the power. My gripe is with the boost curve.
