Default IAT sensor reading high (not heatsoaked)

I just got done installing my 3d printed intake. Welded a bung on the air filter element and placed the IAT sensor there. For reference, its gets direct airflow from the bumper opening. I went on a drive and stopped to wash the car. After that the IAT went from reading 52f to 118f. I stopped on a side road and touched the IAT sensor and its actually freezing cold.
Attached are my tune and a picture of the log (it wont let me upload it because the file is too large). It happens in second 935134.
What could be wrong?

Figured it out, when I washed my car water got into the air filter and it fouled the sensor

You got it figured out.
Did you know that you can actually Put a 3 point calibration for the sensors on the ms2's and ms3's
