Default Idle AFR changes, ASE issue?

So when my car is sitting in the garage and I start it cold (60*) it idles at like 16.0 AFR. Once it's warmed up and I drive it around, I'll come to a stop sign and sit there a bit, it'll idle really rich, like 12.8 AFR. My After Start Enrichments go down in 5% increments. Example:
-40*F: 55%
-20*F: 50%
0*F: 45%
All the way to 160*F, where it is at 10%.
I am fine with the way this runs during warmup, but when it's hot, there is no reason I should idle at anything richer than 14.0
Also my Coolant corrected Air Density settings are as follows:
50*-90%
60*- 100%
70*- 100%
80*- 104%
90*- 106%
100*- 110%
120*- 140%
The only value I changed in the Coolant Air Density is the 120* with 140% was at 110%, but I had to up it, cause my car would heatsoak while parked, and it wouldn't idle for **** when I'd start it back up.
Someone with good advice please tell me if these values look ok. Also please explain to me what the ASE Timer means, and also what the Fixed Map Value means / does.
Thanks

The ASE is active for the time indicated by the ASE Timer value and then turns off, so you seldom get more than 30 seconds worth of ASE, after which you are going off the main table and the WUE settings only. The Fixed MAP setting is active for an even shorter period of time and substitutes a constant value for the MAP sensor reading for a few seconds to deal with roughness immediately after starting.

First dial in the VE table with the engine hot and get a good idle AFR there, then you can get the ASE and WUE dialed in.
