Default ignition problem. spark outputs are going to the wrong i/o

MSPNP2
NA 1994 with NA coils, BP engine

Ignition A goes to coil 1 and has spark
Ignition B goes to coil 3 and has spark
Ignition C coil 4 and D coil 2 do not have spark. in test mode they activate the fan and a clicking sound from fuse box.

Symptoms are so much like it is sending sequential but it is set to wasted spark and the wiring was not altered.
something to do with the output1, output2 , aled, wled i/o?

really don't know where this is going wrong and can't find any option in tunerstudio.

Wasted spark means you have coil A on 1+4, coil B on 2+3. No additional outputs from megasquirt. If you have spark on cylinder 1 and cylinder 3, you should have spark on cylinder 2 and 4.

exactly why I'm having so much trouble figuring it out :(
every time test turns on the fan and a clicking sound near the main fusebox instead
