Right, you're in Portugal. Think of it as a tool store that doesnt cover up the fact that most of their **** is made in china and prices accordingly. I cant believe you dont have a like tool store there. Are there Sears in Europe?

Uh... No, I don't think so. There's something called Norauto but they mostly sell cheap chrome and plastic tires... I'll hardly find a timing light there, but I guess it doesn't hurt to check!

In Spanish it is a "lul de motor" but I don't know about Portuguese.

They ship from the US though... Look at that price, about 20 USD (13Eur) for the product, and some 60USD (40 Euro) for the shipping, add import taxes and it goes up to over 100 Euro!

I did manage to find a shop this afternoon that has them for a bit less than 50 Euro, but they said it would take a week for it to be here. I think I might go with that.

Just buy one on ebay.de or ebay.co.uk, dirt cheap
If Portugal isn't listed in the destinations, just contact the seller asking how much shipment costs to Portugal. They usually ship worldwide, just gotta ask.
