Default JimStim 1.5 DIY wont power up
Hi , could someone please help me figure this out? Im having 9v on the block, and on D1 im measuring 0.75 volts. Im not sure about the flow, where I should start measuring. Thank you for any advice...

I know my soldering isnt pretty, but had to get back on it after many years. I tested all LEDs are lighting up once you put direct 3 volts on the legs.
