Let the stupid questions begin....
I finally got time to install my MS-II.
The car starts and runs with the map Joe loaded on my MS for testing.
Stupid question #1 Do I have to disconnect the ignitor on my 92 to burn a new .msq to the controller, or just when I flash the firmware?
More to follow...
Let me save you guys the hassle, so maybe you can save me some hassle
I know I should search
I know I should RTFM
and I know hustler is going to give me $%^*
Thanks in advance

Yup. The igniter needs to be unplugged anytime the power is on but the CPU is not operational, which principally occurs only during a re-flash of firmware, and which hopefully you won't need to be doing. The code I loaded on there should be good to go, and the only stuff you should need to change are the tables.
I created a fix for this problem after yours was sent out, but you can read about it (along with a full explanation of why the problem occurs) here: https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t33964/
BTW- congrats! The first time is always great.
