Default Looking for guidance with e85 spark table.

Hi all,
I just had the engine rebuilt as follows:
Manley rods
NB2 OEM pistons (10:1)
ACL bearings
ARP hardware
Fresh rings/hone
BE oil pump

I'm running an EFR 6258 with kraken hotside. ID1050x injectors and DW200 pump. Flex sensor is installed and confirmed functional, but not enable right now.

I've had the turbo setup running since spring 2020. I did change injectors this winter though so I've had to work on the fuel table a bit though req_fuel change got most of the way there for sure. I also changed from the low boost EFR wastegate to the medium.

Here's a pull from yesterday after increasing boost a bit from what I was running before (stayed around 12 PSI prior to rebuild).

This Pull was around 14 PSI. You can see that VE needs a little work starting just before 6500 because it starts to get rich.

Here's my current timing map on pump gas:

I've been looking around at other examples of spark maps and for the most part it seems that even on 93 I have areas where I could be advancing with this map, but I figure if I'm going to be e85 the majority of time I might just keep the 93 tune conservative.

I do have an appointment for my engine builder to dyno tune this thing in the first week of june, but I wanted to get e85 setup and possibly a conservative tune dialed in prior to this.

That being said, does anyone have an example of what might be considered a conservative e85 timing map for 10:1 pistons?

No need to panic, if a (hopefully) pro tuner is dialing it in for you in 5 weeks. You're going to hit 300whp VERY easily on E85.

You can advance all boosted cells 2-3° and be still very safe, should get you a little bit more tq everywhere.
If you want to make a bit more power, why not go to 16-18 psi? Do you have EBC set up? Would be nice to check, if everything is ready to go for the dyno time

When you say advance boosted cells are you referring to this table for 93 or e85? I do have an EBC set up. I switched to the medium canister yesterday then played with my boost duty table to get to 14.

E85! I wouldn't advance more without proper knock control on 93, especially with 10:1 pistons!

That timing map looks familiar
I think you need to really pay attention to gains between incremental steps in timing. Not just a "put this number in here and send it" type of approach. So if you're picking up 10 per 1* then you've got quite a lot of headroom, if not then stop. Hope that makes sense.

I'm pretty sure it started from one that you sent me and was advanced somewhat in certain areas

That makes a lot of sense actually. Time to find some deserted roads!
