You shoudn't need an AFPR when using MS. Stock fuel pressure from the stock fuel pump and the stock FPR on the fuel rail is all you need.
The RC website is a general guesstimate and you shouldn't be using the calculators there to set up anything.
Also, PNP should be PNP... meaning you shouldn't be trying to outguess the instructions by scaling your injectors for fuel pressure. Reload the base MSQ, and adjust for your bigger injectors but DON'T add any correction factor for what you think the pressure is.
Your timing mark is somewhere on the wheel... aim the gun all over the wheel until you find it. Center the CAS and start making adjustments in the software. Don't forget to change tell it to give you 10* static.
