Hello to all, i am new to the website and new to Megasquirt.

I have fitted a Basic Ms2 to my N/A '90 Miata and set the base timing to 10 deg, only problem is that it sounds like i'm popping corn under the rocker cover.

Below is a video of the engine idleing and also the Tunerstudio map i am using, the AFR was reading 10.40.

Added Mods are:

440cc Denso Injectors

GM IAT

Lc-1 Wideband

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about that, i got it working anyway, i hadn't removed the 10a ST SIGN fuse, DOH!

 

IIRC you may have damaged something inside the MS by forgetting to remove that fuse
