So I have a 1.8 miata with the flyin miata kit on it, just installed MegaSquirt, I have the 10Amp fuse pulled out like I keep reading everywhere. The car wont start with the MegaSquirt plugged in but it will with the stock ECU, it’ll start and idle with the stock ecu. Im not sure what Im doing wrong, Im reading I should be able to just plug it in, pull that fuse and I should be good.

 

I believe that fuse removal applies to 90-93 cars running a DIYPNP only.
