Default Megasquirt or Misfire?

Any help would be great as I am competing this weekend and cant figure this one out. This is a 1.8 99 miata with cold air, racing beat header and larger valves and springs using mspnp2

When started cold and warmed up all afrs are rock solid. See below

After a hot restart afrs are all over the place.

I have reached out to megasquirt to see if they can assist and all they can think of is that this is a misfire after reviewing my logs. What puzzles me is why would it only misfire after being restarted? Attached is the second log with the unstable afrs I can attach the first as it is too big of a file. Let me know if there is a better way to condense file size. Let me know if you guys can think of anything I am beyond confused.

Thanks in advance,

Joe

Ha! If I'd have known you asked over here as well I would've answered it over here. But as I stated, I think you're experiencing injector heat soak. Lots of discussion on this forum about it, search around this forum for the info.
