Default random resetting

So i just installed my megasquirt 3.57 on my 1995 miata 1.8. a little fine tuning and the car idles smooth and drives fine untill about 3000rpm when it breaks up bad. I recorded a log on megatune and they show up as resets. it's strange to me because i had this same exact megasquirt running on my old 1.6 and it ran great. When the megasquirt resets my afr's go to 20.00 on my fjo wideband.

Here are some things i've tried:
-Added more grounds to the engine and megasquirt harness.
-Added 330ohm 1/8watt resistors parrallel to the built in 1k resistors (ms3.57) for an effective 270ohm.
-Soldered/heatshrinked all the connections.
-Inspcted the cas harness and it looked fine, no corrotion.
-Changed sparkplugs.
-I also tried to reinstall the Hi-res code but after the loader was finished i got the error "could not aquire megasquirt voltage, installation may have failed" but the megasquirt operates as before.

I'm looking for suggestions so anything helps. thanks!

Try reflashing it with download-firmware.bat and put the boot jumper in place when you flash it.

I'm also having similar resetting problem to Homeskillet305, my slight deviation is that it seems to be resetting after throttle lift off at about ~3krpm. I've also tried more grounding and recheck through wiring. Maybe it's to do with connecting up the useless switch type TPS, I realized it's useless but shouldn't do any harm having it in ready for when i upgrade to a variable TPS, but maybe it's on/off nature has somehow broke things, maybe a setting somewhere, maybe someone with better understanding could help better explain.

My apologies for slightly hijacking Homeskillet305 thread, but I thought it might be relevant.
