I'm not going to take the time to look, but is it the non-AFM map from this site?

Take a screen shot of the dwell settings and spark settings menus, post them here.

Dwell is too short for oem coils, good for cops though.

Try these dwell settings:

crank = 10
running = 5
min discharge = 0.5

Also do this:

Yeah careful though, if you switched MS units, one could have the spark mod, one could not. So that "spark output inverted" could mean the difference between ruining your coils, and not ruining your coils.

I believe inferno is referring to your trigger angle addition.

So I should add the +22.5, I didn't fully understand this in all the reading I've done. All directions were pretty short. I was assuming you add the 22.5 if your angle was over 92 or something like that. The help is really appreciated and I will make the changes after work tomorrow.

Exactly, should've circled that.

Ok, put in the settings recommended and it still does the same thing. Even worse, now it starts and runs for one second and dies. I'm starting to get aggrevated and loose hope that I will ever drive this thing

So with the settings mentioned it would fire and die. Then it lost spark. The coils were pretty hot so I figured I fried them. The resistance checks out ok across the posts tho. Kinda lost now. Any ideas?

Reload base map, ditch this current one. Figure out if you have the spark mod or not, change spark inversion accordingly. Try again with a fresh set of coils, either off another car or new.
