Default miata/eunos wont start

Background;

92 eunos roadster,
stock ignition,
greddy turbo using afpr base timing at 7/8 degrees,
MS1 V3 built using Miata turbo guide
using MSPNP 90-93 AFM msq with the ony change being the spark output inverted to yes,
Joe Perez's Revised spark output circuit.

Im out of ideas as to what could be wrong so im looking for guidance as to what is the most likely problems so I can cross them off one by one?

I've noticed that the MAT and CLT are different considering its still using the stock sensor in the air flow meter and the car was pretty cold. It doesn't look to me like its getting any warm up or after start enrichment? Also its the standard on/off TPS so not sure whats happening there either as I was sat in the passenger seat

Unplug the tps (at the tps). You have it wired for a "real" tps that you will eventually upgrade to, but with the standard tps plugged in it grounds out the 5v ref. signal and shuts the whole thing down. Or at least it did on my 92 Eunos when I put my MS in. I run it with the tps unplugged until I get a true potentiometer one fitted

Thanks for the input blaize. I've tried it with it disconnected but I think my problem may be a bit more serious/obvious. I've pulled the two plugs nearest the radiator (1&2?) and there was no obvious spark and the plugs looked dry although I could smell fuel. They were also quite black which may be from previously running with th afpr.

I realised after I tested the plugs the TPS was still disconnected but dont think that should effect the spark. I unplugged the TPS while on the stock ecu and it still ran.
