Default MLV Tables to rich

Every time I datalog and run it thru MLV so I can try an smooth out my table it makes my table much richer than what I have my default afr's set at.

Chad found the same issue. He simply offset his MLV afrBin1 to be a few points leaner.

I believe it has a lot to do with the voltage to AFR conversion.
