Which MS for a 1.8 swapped 90 chassis?

Which MS for a 1.8 swapped 90 chassis?

Hey guys. Hope you all don't mind the newb question, but I've done a good bit of searching around and I've gotten some conflicting answers it seems.

Anyways, I have a 1990 1.6 model with the SNC engine. I plan on pulling that engine, then swapping in a 94 or 95 1.8.

I have a good deal on a Megasquirt PNP that's already been built for a 94-95 engine. What would I need to do to make this specific MS work on the 1.6 chassis?

Alternate question: assuming I don't get this particular MS, which year MS would I need to purchase?

The ECU needs to match the chassis, not the engine.

Thanks for making that nice and simple. I take it it has something to do with the connectors, etcetera. Even if I supercharge the 1.8 later I still work with the 1.6 MS I assume then?
