Default MS/Extra firmware installer for 64-bit windows

This should be a working solution to install MS1/Extra or MS2/Extra to a MegaSquirt using a 64-bit Win7 or Vista computer. Please try it out and give your feedback.

Procedure:
First download THIS file and extract it to your computer.

It's a zip file, so you'll need to extract it. After extracting, inside you'll find a batch file called download firmware 64bit.bat and a folder called src. Take these two items and copy and paste them into your existing project folder. Do not add the batch file into the folder and do not remove the file located inside the folder. Just paste both items directly into your project folder. Then click on download firmware 64bit.bat to install firmware to your MegaSquirt.

We've tested it here with MS2/Extra. It should also work with MS1/Extra. It will not work with MS3/Extra.

The standard 32-bit ms3 loader works on 64-bit OSs... it was the menuing stuff in the .bat file that broke for ms2/ms1.
