Oh christ somebody please help me. My car should be driving by now.
I've gone through 3 different coilpacks and I still have no spark so it must be something else.
I have 12v at the coilpack, ground is fine, signal wire is connected to the MS3x spark out A and B and appears to be working.
No spark with stock ECU.
Full sync when cranking.
Composite log and msq attached.
Tell me anything.

Two things:
A: if the CAS was bad, I wouldn't get full sync with the MS right?
B: Can anyone else measure the 12v and gnd wires to their coilpack and tell me if they're shorted out? I still have this short and it only appears when I have the gauge cluster plugged in, the gauge cluster has a short between 12v and gnd and it's the same across two different clusters I have.

Welp it's running now and running well. Unfortunately I have to drive it with the fuel pump jumper because the relay isn't kicking on. Oh well it's driving.
Your thread is lonely, but glad its working again. SO all this time it was a fuel pump relay? Or the MS itself that was not engaging the fuel pump relay like it should?

Still not really sure of the cause. I traced a few shorts, one was an aftermarket rear O2 sensor that was wired totally wrong, shorting 12v through one of the signal outputs. The gauge cluster had burn marks near the solder joints on the fuel gauge and the CEL and had shorts so I replaced the cluster. None of these things ever blew the fuse but maybe over a long period of time did some damage?
Most of this time I had spark but it was way too weak for my timing light to pick it up so I thought there wasn't any.
Fuel pump relay was the first thing I diagnosed, but the jumper was easy enough and I had bigger problems. I have a new relay coming.
My MS1 is still dead so whatever happened it was exciting.
