MS2 Daughterboard to MS3. Anyone?

MS2 Daughterboard to MS3. Anyone?
I'm considering buying an MS3 daughterboard. Has anyone gone through the upgrade?
Did you have to rewire your inputs and such or it's a straight swap and setup in TunerStudio?
I'd import my spark and fuel tables, but things like fan control, idle up, etc, are they controlled the same way?
I'm not planning on buying the expansion board just yet, but I like the extra settings in MS3 like turn off the AC at X RPM, fan idle up, idle VE table, more resolution in VE values, etc.
