Default MS2 hesitates to rev

One more request for help.
This one has me quite stumped, it tests fine on the stim but in the car hesitates to rev as if there's timing being retarded.

It's a MS2 standalone, 1.6 currently N/A, batch ignition and fuel (for now).
Edit: Also running Joe's spark out, Narrowband o2 (for now), GM AIT, Stock CLT, fans by stock CLT switch, a/c pins bridged at ecu plug.

I've attached the MSQ and a log which apart from a noisy CLT signal, seems ok, but somehow it isn't.

Can a fresh set of eyes help out please?

Spotted a few times where it lost sync, but it didn't do that at full throttle.

It would help if you had an AFR reading in the log.

AFR is weird, right now it's just the narrowband (stock) 02 sensor and it registers in TS dash, but doesn't appear on the log.

I will just shelve this until I put the LC1 back in maybe this weekend.
The LC1 was playing up though when I pulled it out last year along with the turbo.
(and the old MS1 unit which got water damaged :( ).

It is strange because a blip of the throttle will happily rev the engine, but steady throttle will really bog the engine down (like a crimped vac line).
I've only taken the car through a few gears down the end of the street and back (1/4 mile tops).

I got around to putting the LC1 back in, but whilst the controller is still ok, the sensor is stuffed :( the heater ground wire on the sensor has broken, probably as a result of the PPF bolt breaking at the track last year and the wire stretching, all I get out of the sensor is garbage after resoldering the wire.

I tried local places for a replacement sensor, it's more expensive than getting the LC1 Kit from overseas.
There was a thread recently about Autozone having the sensor available but they don't ship to Australia.
Are there any places that are recommended to buy from, that are also budget friendly?
