Default ms2 maf

anyone in here done maf tuning with the megasquirt. I'm trying to figure out what exact tables effect the fueling. So far I've seen some people say seconday fuel table needs to be on, but it doesn't seem to effect anything I do add or subtract fueling on ve table 2.

I can rev it out pretty well to around 4k staying around stoich how i tuned it so far with only the AFR table and the maf correction table.

I did this

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

hardest seems getting low airflow dialed in, other then that, most of the top area of the curve I found is very close!

Alright, let me start by saying that I have never done this. But I think I can help regardless.

From what I understand about mass airflow tuning, you should make your AFR table to yout theoretical target AFRs, and then you have to tune the MAF table (which is still being called a VE table in MS, even though thats not what it is) until your wideband is reading the same AFR as youre seeing in your afr table in that load cell.
Then, when you have the MAF table totally sorted out, so that its accurately converting the MAF reading into air mass, you should be able to change the AFR table around without touching the MAF table.

If youre lucky you may be able to find a MAF table for the stock MAF sensor, but it will probably need to be tweaked a little because of changes in the intake piping and filter.

Basically thats it.
you tune the maf transfer function so that if you have 14.7 in the afr table on the wide or narrowband you are running stoich to that area. Running lean, add more grams a second in that area of the maf transfer function.
the MAF transfer function is just a table of airflow vs voltage, at a certain voltage this is what the airflow should be.
