MS2 Timing at idle lower than map

MS2 Timing at idle lower than map
Hi Guys
I have a MS2 and have developed a strange issue were at idle my Timing gauge reads at a solid 8.5 degrees but my Ignition map is demanding 16.
If i Touch the throttle it then jumps back to the correct 16 degrees.
I assume it is something stupid that i have changed
but could it be a noisy or bad connection?

I can't get that MSQ to open, but could it be an idle advance setting?
