Default MS2PNP Cooling fan issue.

Alright so I have my '99 miata with an 04 msm engine in it. I've been doing the tuning here recently after fixing A LOT of stuff but she's finally on the road again with boost.

I'm having an issue with my cooling fan NOT coming on at all. I tested the fan. It works fine, I let the car warm up and tested the harness, nothing. Ground is good though.

I'm just not getting the signal for some reason?
From what I've read. ACCEL LED is my fan control (it uses coolant > ### in the 99 base map off of DIY's site) but it still doesn't make them come on.
The fuse in the engine compartment marked FAN has continuity too.

Does anyone have any idea's what may be the issue?
I would really like to not over heat if I get stuck in Tampa traffic..
Thank's everyone

Start with the basics.

1. does your relay work?
2. Is your relay receiving 12v from the ECU?

Do you have a MSPNP2? ...a MS2PNP could mean anything.

Oh forgot about that! My bad.

I'm also open to any suggestions on the tune. :P Just started tuning.
I run pretty rich most of the time ; at lease it's not lean though

looks setup correctly. if you lower the 203°F number below that of what the current registered CLT temp reading is, it still wont turn on?

Yeah I put it as low as 173F still nothing.
Maybe it's this relay this guy is talking about? I'ma have a look at my '99 wiring diagram book to see if I can find where it's at.
