MS3 crank but no start on base map

MS3 crank but no start on base map
I've got a DIYAutotune MS3 Pro PNP in my NB2 that'll crank and crank but not start. Running 1.3.4 firmware (what came on it, purchased used) and the 1.3.2 base map from DIY. If I swap the stock ECU in, start it and let it run, then swap back to the MS3 it will start and run fine. After sitting awhile it'll go back to not starting. I've attached logs of both situations. Any ideas? I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Thanks!

Just to make sure you have the really obvious installed:
MAP line hooked up?
Any sensors you unplugged before?
If you haven't already try giving it throttle when cranking, if the car still won't start then it should be something super easy like you mentioned. Even a bad tune should still start with throttle, and there's no way your engine is bad because you said the stock ECU gets it to start
