Default MS3 settings for Deatchwerks 550cc Injectors EV14 - HELP!

I cannot get things setup right on the Deatchwerks 550cc EV-14 injectors (18U-05-0550-4) running on MS3 MS3PNP on a 2003 NB2 Miata 1.8 VVT.
Help~!
I am stuck and worried about any running of the car as how lean it goes.

The injectors did not come with any instructions, but I used Beavis Motorsports video to guide me and then did changes to the ECU based on their video instructions and the datasheet I found on their website, link here to adjust my injector dead time curve.
Datasheet: https://dw-technical-assets.s3-us-we...on+Summary.pdf

1) I changed my fuel settings to 553cc (based on the flow datasheet I got) in the <Engine and Sequential Settings> in <Injector Flow> (that calculates my Required Fuel to 5.6)
2) I change the injector dead times based on that datasheet and the idea that my oem stock fuel pump is 4 bar
I used 1.0 as the A(ms) as the baseline, then modified the curve based on the 4 bar row in the "Battery Offset" table

3) I did not change the Injector Small Pulsewidths as I couldn't figure out what settings to use

Fuel Pump:
OEM Fuel pump that was running just fine. I have heard NB miata pump is 60PSI, ~4bar,

The problem:
Car starts and runs VERY VERY lean. It goes from AFR goes from 14.4 to 16-18+ at idle and doesn't change much on tap of throttle (no load). I tried a 2 block drive onetime after fiddling and getting AFRs to run 14.4 at idle. It drove fine for a while then all of a sudden went SUPER lean, like 18-20.
It does not improve on "Auto-tune"

Idea:
1) I thought oh maybe I should change my injector size in <Engine and Sequential Settings> to what the sheet says my static flow is at 4 bar which is 665cc. It started after a few cranks and was running 14.4 AFR. YES! I drove for 2 blocks and that is when it went super far down to 18-20 AFR. Terrible.
Looking at that again that actually did the opposite, it made my required feel calculator go the opposite way to 4.6, that is not right. NOPE

2) I tried not setting my Dead times, but just keeping it the same linear chart as I had stock oem injectors. It runs better but then does the same move to super lean.

HELP
I tried emailing/calling Flyin Miata. They don't support mega squirt advice.
My help from DIY Auto has been poor.
I have emailed and called Deatschwerks 5 times and can never get ahold of technical support.

Thank you so much.

I had this issue. Had to change my dead time to 1.5 seconds for my idle to stabilize and even then it would very slightly oscillate randomly. I tried everything from .7-1.5 ms. Tried using their data sheets, and as of now my part number doesn’t exist in their system besides only being a year old.

customer service wasn’t impressive either. I ended up buying ID1050Xs yesterday. Good luck

I installed their 660 injectors and had trouble getting them to work with the manufacturer's stated 1.038 ms dead time at 60 psi (2001 no return system). I increased dead times by units of .05 until it would idle. About 1.15 worked with an increase in VE table values, or 1.25 without. I then went back and adjusted everything else (VE table, idle adjustment table, pressure corrections, voltage corrections), before moving the dead time back down in 0.05 increments and redoing the VE each time. I settled at 1.08 ms but at fairly high VE values around idle. It was easiest to have it running and tune back to expected values, then try to fix it when it was not running!

But Idid not have the "super lean after a while" problem. The one time I had that AEM diagnosed it as a bad sensor, and it worked fine after replacing it.
